Mary Claire Lanser


Owner/President


Mary Claire is a former Mayor of the City of New Berlin, dedicated to economic development that benefits the community. She has been working in public affairs since 1999. For each project, Mary Claire drafts a customized action plan to secure approvals and respects the needs of clients, public officials, and neighbors. Supporting the public process with grass roots outreach usually results in a development that is a source of pride for stakeholders.


Besides eight years as an elected official, Mary Claire served eleven years as an officer in the US Navy Reserves (Nurse Corps, then Public Affairs), and decades in healthcare.


Mary Claire holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UWM and a Master’s Degree from Marquette.

Chris Korjenek



Senior Project Manager



Chris started at Lanser Public Affairs in 2017. With over 30 years in the real estate industry, she brings a clear understanding of the development process.


Chris has worked at Northwestern Mutual, Draper and Kramer, Colliers, and as Executive Director of the Wisconsin Chapter of NAIOP, the premier commercial real estate association. She appreciates the need for public/private partnerships and the importance of transparent communication. Chris assists Mary Claire with client projects and often manages clients independently.


Chris received her Bachelor’s Degree from UWM and her Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University. She is a Certified Association Executive and has her real estate salesperson’s license.

Jore Dreyer



Outreach Specialist



Jore has taught television production and worked as a media interviewer for Southeastern Wisconsin and national clients. She received a national award for a documentary on the history of the Village of Greendale, WI. She has worked at radio stations UWUM, WTMJ, WZUU, and was a cable television producer/host for Viacom. Jore has been with Lanser Public Affairs since 2014.


Jore has great people skills and enjoys connecting one-on-one with neighbors of our clients’ projects.


Jore holds a degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Political Science.
